Sparkiling vodka is a new concept, it opens like a champagne bottle but is 40% alc./vol. so it cannot be consumed like a glass of Champagne but is the perfect substitution for your regular vodka. I like the though of using it in a Vodka and Caviar pairing. As well you could do a vodka and caviar tasting station. The Vodka is imported from Sweden by Camitz.
